Five weeks gives you the right amount of time to get comfortable with the movements and the community to determine if CrossFit Raven is the right environment to help you become a stronger, and healthier version of yourself.

This 5 week introductory offer is designed to give you the best possible on boarding experience for CrossFit. It includes 3 technique fundamental sessions, and 5 weeks of unlimited classes.

At the conclusion of your introduction it’s as simple as letting our team know if you would like to stay on board and become a full-fledged member or if you would like to try other styles of training that may work better for you.
